From Knoxville TN:

Take I-40 E.  Merge onto I-81 N via Exit 421 on the Left toward Bristol. Take the TN-357 exit, Exit 63, toward Tri-Cities Airport.  Turn Left onto Airport Pkwy/TN-357 N.  Stay straight to go onto Browder Rd.  Turn Left onto Pearl Lane.  Go to the end of Pearl Lane and turn Left onto Rocky Branch Road.  Go .1 mile and turn right into the KOA Kampground.

From Abingdon VA:

Take 81 S toward Bristol (Crossing into TENNESSEE).  Take the TN-357 exit, Exit 63, toward Tri-Cities Airport.  Keep right at the fork to go on Airport Pkwy/TN-357 N.  Stay straight to go onto Browder Rd.  Turn Left onto Pearl Lane.  Go to the end of Pearl Lane and turn Left onto Rocky Branch Road.  Go .1 mile and turn right into the KOA Kampground.
